We have a block at this hotel. The cut-off date for booking with this block is November 6th. The shuttle (a school bus) will be picking up guests at 3:15 pm to head to the venue. If you'd like to check in early, please contact the hotel before the date of your stay. The hotel is able to hold bags if you'd like to just drop things off and check in after the celebration.
