What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the start of the Nuptial Mass so guests may be seated before the procession begins.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire is requested. As this is a Catholic church wedding, guests are encouraged to dress respectfully for the sacred setting.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes — complimentary parking will be available at the church and reception hall.

Will the ceremony be a full Catholic Mass?

Answer

Yes. Our wedding ceremony will take place within a traditional Catholic Nuptial Mass at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. All guests are warmly welcome to attend and celebrate with us.

May non-Catholics receive Communion?

Answer

Catholics who are properly prepared are invited to receive Holy Communion. Guests not receiving Communion are warmly invited to remain in the pew or come forward for a blessing.

What should we do between the Mass and reception?

Answer

We encourage guests to enjoy New Braunfels, Gruene, and San Antonio during the afternoon before returning for the evening reception. Please see the “Things To Do” section for some of our favorite local spots.
