We'll be having a private ceremony at the City Clerk's office in the days before the reception. We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our friends and loved ones on Saturday!
Having our reception at The Johnson's is a full-circle moment for us: our first date was at their sister bar on the Lower East Side, Welcome to the Johnsons, near Caity's old apartment. We also just love the old-school vibes and consider it a great neighborhood spot (our current apartment is about 10 minutes away!).
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a fun night out with us!
For guests taking the subway from other parts of the city, The Johnson's is a short walk from the Jefferson stop on the L train. There's also free street parking on Troutman Street and in the surrounding area on weekends.
We have discount codes at three hotels in Williamsburg that are about 20 minutes away by subway from our venue (see the "Travel" tab). If you'd rather stay in Manhattan, Bushwick is easily accessible by the L train along 14th Street. There's also a no-frills, affordable hotel in Bushwick called the Nova Hotel (101 Bogart Street) that's closest to The Johnson's.
