We couldn't think of anyone better to actually have us say 'I do!' We both met Julie at WIU. After the years, Julie was a person we could both turn to. The long road trips we would take, advice or just being there for the both of us. She would be standing up on either side until we decided to have her right in the middle!

Jenee and Beth met randomly as roommates at WIU. Jenee was actually there when Dan and Beth first started dating and helped make it happen! She always helps Beth through just about anything and helps Beth become just a stronger individual inside and out. Beth wouldn't be where she is today without her help and support.

Beth and Haley met at WIU, and actually became "roomies"! Haley is someone Beth would not have gotten through Western without. She is determined, caring and always lifting others up! She is a fierce friend who would do anything for anyone with a huge heart.
Jil

Jil and Beth first met in grad school at WIU. After spending time together they became fast friends. They shared their love for sports, above all softball, and she was Beth's shoulder to lean on in grad school. Jil is an amazing human being who is kindhearted and willing to do so much for others.

Tori and Beth met at WIU. They "knew" each other before, but became a lot closer when they both worked in athletics together. Tori is such a fierce friend who Beth can count on to always be there. She is strong, independent, and has such an amazing drive in whatever she does.

Celine and Beth met at WIU. They worked together in the athletic department and Celine was always there to push Beth to be a better human. Beth could always turn to Celine for help or just someone to listen. Celine is a fierce friend that has a heart of gold!

Jill is Beth's longest friend! Friends since high school at LT, through college and beyond, Jill has always been there for Beth. Through the rough patches and the good times, Jill never left her side. Jill is such a caring human being, strong, and genuine that has such a fun side.
Lindsay

Lindsay was Beth's roommate at WIU as a freshman. Roommates all through college and grad school, Beth is so grateful they became best friends. There were so many fun memories through WIU, Lindsay was always there for Beth. She's loyal, fun and is such a true friend.
Nick
Best Man
Dan and Nick met at the start of their junior year at Iowa and the rest is history. While never roommates, Nick spent enough time at Dan's house as a senior that he should have paid rent. Dan could always count on Nick for being up for an adventure (to the bars) and the two bonded over their affinity for the Blackhawks and Ricky Stanzi. The two have remained close to this day and Dan couldn't think of a better person to have by his side.
Ben

Dan and Ben met when Dan was a freshman and Ben was a senior at Iowa in their fraternity. The two remained close friends through the rest of Dan's undergrad years and by luck had the opportunity to be roommates in Iowa City following Dan's graduation. They have surprisingly stayed close despite the fact that Ben is a Cardinals AND Yankees fan!
Jay

Dan has Jay to thank for his first job out of grad school. If it wasn't for the Leatherneck connection, Dan would have never ended up at Wake Forest alongside Jay and their friendship never would have begun. The two worked together for three years in Winston-Salem and remain close to this day (despite what Jay may say)!
Ian

Dan and Ian met during Dan's first year at Iowa, as Ian was a sophomore in the fraternity that Dan joined. The two have remained close to this day, always finding time to meet up when in Chicago or Madison. From impromptu trips to the casino to catching up over a beer (or three), the two never fail to have a great time together.
Ben

Ben makes up half of the Rollin twins and one-third of the Three Musketeers that is Ben, Jane and Dan. The Rollins and Wallaces have been friends since before Dan and the twins were born and the friendship lives on to this day. Dan and Ben were always roommates on Rollace family vacation and the memories of tubing, games and Dr. Pepper will never be forgotten!

Jane makes up the other half of the Rollin twins and one-third of the Three Musketeers that is Jane, Ben and Dan. The Rollins and Wallaces have been friends since before Dan and the twins were born and the friendship lives on to this day. Jane and Dan were infamously on Nickelodeon's "Slime Time Live" as teammates and definitely still aren't bitter about finishing runner-up!
