What's the best way to get to the area?
Answer
Driving! For those traveling from outside the tri-state area, we recommend flying into Newark Liberty International Airport and renting a car. The drive to Fleischmanns typically takes about 2.5 hours, offering a scenic route through the Catskills. You can also consider flying into Stewart International Airport (SWF) or Albany International Airport (ALB), both of which are smaller, easy-to-navigate airports and roughly 1.5 hours from Fleischmanns by car. What is the wedding date and time?

The ceremony will take place on September 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:30 PM to enjoy champagne before the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Our welcome drinks will have a moodier, mysterious vibe, setting the tone for a little twilight magic. For this enchanting evening, think cocktail attire with a touch of magic. The ceremony and reception call for semi-formal wear, ideal for dancing under the stars. Since all our celebrations will take place outdoors on natural terrain, we recommend avoiding heels that might sink into the soil. Let your outfit reflect the whimsy of the woods and choose something that's best for you.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Parking is limited, so we highly recommend taking advantage of the shuttle service provided. Ride-sharing options like Uber are non-existent in the area and service can be spotty. We want to make sure no one gets lost. Once we know how many guests are staying at each hotel, we will share the shuttle schedule for both the welcome drinks and the reception. For the reception, there will be staggered drop-offs to make sure everyone gets home safely. Not a night owl? No worries. We will make sure you are back at a reasonable hour.
