Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional/ Formal dress code. For men: a tux or formal suit (with or without tie). For women: full-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are appropriate. Can’t wait to see everyone dressed up! (Please note the bridesmaids will be in a color called “steel me away” which is a grey/ slate color)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the church no later than 2:45pm. We will begin promptly at 3pm.

What should we do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be 1.5 hours in between the ceremony and reception. We recommend grabbing a drink at Guistos Outdoor Bar or the Surf Club Pavilion. These are both a minute walk from the reception tent.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We recommend taking Ubers/ walking the entire weekend. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from the church back to the center of town/ the reception site. The church has a free parking lot but the reception tent does not. You would have to park in a nearby public lot.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Is there an event the night before?

Answer

Yes, everyone is welcome to come to The Landing for an open bar and small bites from 8pm-10pm.

Will there be an After Party?

Answer

YES! The after party will be at the surf club (2 minute walk away from the reception) There will be more food and drinks!
