Both the ceremony & reception will be at Perona Farms in The Reserve. No transportation is required in between!
The ceremony and reception will both be indoors and cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors weather permitting.
We recommend you arrive between 4 & 4:15 PM as there will be drinks and refreshments when you arrive!
We love all of the children in our life, but due to space, we unfortunately can't invite all of them and we hope you understand! Please look to your save the date and/or invitation to see if your children are invited.
If you have a significant other, they are absolutely invited. However, due to space limitations, we simply can’t have all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
Yes! Please look under the "Hotel/Lodging" Tab to view our hotel block. We highly recommend you stay at that hotel as we have reserved a block of rooms with a discounted rate. However, there are other hotels in the area that you can stay at. Please reach out to Alanna if you would like the names of those hotels.
There will be both vegan and vegetarian options at cocktail hour. For the reception, please just let the waiter or waitress know that you will be choosing the vegetarian/vegan option. Please let Alanna know if you have other special dietary needs or need gluten free options. You can also tell a waiter or waitress at the reception.
Yes! We will have 1 shuttle leaving from the Hotel at 3:15 PM. We will also have 1 shuttle leaving from Perona Farms after the after party at 11 PM to bring guests back to hotel.
We are going to have an "unplugged" ceremony, which means we ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during our ceremony so that our photographers can get the best possible pictures and also..so you can relax & enjoy! Otherwise, you can absolutely take pictures after the ceremony! The only thing we ask is that you use our wedding hashtag #danpiccsalanna when posting pictures so we can keep track of all of your wonderful pictures!
