Why Lijiang, China
We chose Lijiang because it is a place that feels both grounding and meaningful to us—a historic city in southwestern China where nature, culture, and time seem to slow down. Although we are already married, this gathering is our heartfelt thank-you dinner, a chance to celebrate with the friends and family who have loved, supported, and walked alongside us.
Beneath the snow-capped peaks of Yulong Snow Mountain (Jade Dragon Snow Mountain), we will gather in a place that feels deeply meaningful to us. This sacred mountain holds great significance for the local Naxi people, and for us, it represents strength, peace, and blessing.
Coming together under the witness of Yulong, surrounded by those we love most, feels incredibly special—blessed by nature and witnessed by our closest friends and family, exactly as we hoped to mark this chapter of our lives.
