Lodging & Cabs

Travel Note

Book it!

Ojai has pretty limited lodging (Airbnb is not allowed there), so don't wait to book! There are more options in Ventura, which is ~30 minutes away. We're working on a couple of creative options with our local resources, and we'll keep you posted. Ubers are not available at night in Ojai, so you'll want to use a cab service. There are a couple good cab options below that operate within Ojai and between Ojai and Ventura. Give them a call ahead of time (September-ish) if you plan to use them. They don't need to know exactly when you'll want to be picked up, but all will run smoother if they know you're coming.

We have a block of rooms reserved here. There are a limited number of them, so don't wait to get on it. Tell them you're with us when you call to book.

Saturday transportation plan

Scoring sober rides (Uber, cabs, etc.) in Ojai can be tricky, so we’ll have an 18+ passenger bus running between the Hummingbird Inn and the wedding venue. Since there’s only one bus, it will make multiple trips. The first load will leave the Hummingbird Inn around 3:10pm, with a few trips after that. We’d be so grateful if some of you could be ready for that first run. If you’re not staying at the Hummingbird, you’re still welcome to head over there to catch a ride on the bus. For rides home, we have a 15 passenger van to transport people from 9pm - 2am. This van can take you anywhere in the greater Ojai area. Otherwise, there are a couple cab companies in Ventura that can come out if they're available - for rides either to or from the venue. You can always try Uber as well, but don't count on it.
