We met in 2019 through Danae’s cousin Ari, who worked with Angel at Sprinkles Cupcakes and thought we should meet. After a few friendly hellos at school, we started spending time together over the summer and officially began dating in August and we’ve been together ever since. Since then, we’ve grown up together and built a strong partnership rooted in support, growth, and friendship. In 2022, we moved out so Danae could be closer to college, taking another step toward building our future together. Angel and Danae are best friends who continue to motivate each other every day. Angel may seem quiet at first, but once you get to know him, he always has something to say and Danae loves that about him. In August 2025, Angel proposed after celebrating their six-year anniversary with a dinner at Puerto 27 in Pacifica, followed by a walk to the beach where he surprised Danae with an intimate proposal.
