Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Copper Gables Barn. Ceremony, cocktail hour, and Reception are all held in the same building.

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

Ceremony will be held at 4pm, please arrive 40minutes early to get parked and seated. The Reception will be at 6pm.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Feel free to spruce yourself up or show up in what is comfortable for you. Everything will be held indoors, if the weather holds up, there will be areas outside to talk and visit with other guests.

What should i expect after the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be held downstairs after the ceremony ends.

Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Parking is a large gravel parking lot located across the other side of the venue along the main road. We will have signs!

How do I RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website, you can navigate to the RSVP area right from here! RSVPs need to be in by October 1st, 2022.

Can I bring my kids? Will there be a babysitter?

Answer

We ask that only immediate family and wedding party bring their kiddos. we want our guests to have a relaxing and fun time while getting to unwind. Make it a date night!

Of course! All we ask is that you include them when your are filling out your RSVP.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! The hotel is Prairie Hotel in Yelm, WA. this is about 10 minutes away from Copper Gables Barn. We have 15 rooms blocked, all you have to do is call 360-458-8300 and give them our confirmation number which is 239969. For 1 night the rate is $160.49. You have until September 22nd to secure a room before they drop our room blocks.

What type of food will be served at the reception and cocktail hour?

Answer

Dinner will be provided, you will choose your food choice when you RSVP. cocktail hour will be a few light bites along with some yummy beverages.

Are your registered? Where should we ship your gift?

Answer

We are not registered, but we have a honeymoon fund box that will be set out during the wedding. Also, on our website under the registry tab you can contribute to the honeymoon fund on there or send gift cards through the website.
