When they say it’s a small world, it truly is ! My best friend from high school, Rachel, and I’s friendship really picked back up after we both came back home from college. We found ourselves together every weekend. Her now husband, Wade, would always bring around his best friend, TJ. This lead to us spending a lot of time together for about a year until we started to secretly grow feelings for each other. Come to find out he was roommates with guy friends that I grew up with, hence the small world fact. We eventually couldn’t hide our feelings for each other any longer and started dating in June of 2017. Rachel and Wade remain our closest friends, even more like family. We were both their MOH + best man and now their turn to be ours (:

Here come Rachel and Wade again, LOL! After spending their honeymoon in Mexico, they loved the resort so much that they booked again for their 1 year anniversary. After some convincing from Wade and Rachel, TJ surprised me on Christmas of 2022 with the trip for all 4 of us to go. We had been together for 6 years at this point so I had SOME speculation about the trip. Although once we got there, everyone was acting their normal selves so I thought there was no chance. Until one night, we went out by the beach to take pictures like we normally would before dinner. While looking at the pictures we had just took I turned around to pose for another... there he was on his knee. In true TJ fashion, he never asked me to marry him… he said “Well, will ya ?!” The rest is history 😊 We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
