Reception and cocktail hour begin at 7:30 pm on the Amethyst private deck. Cruise begins at 8:30 pm where the ship will depart Navy Pier, and will not return to the dock until 11:30 pm. A fireworks show on Navy Pier will happen around 10 pm, where we can go to the top deck to view! We will be having an Open Bar with beer, wine, and premium spirits. Dinner will include a Grilled Peach and Arugula Salad to start, a choice of one of four premium plated entrees, and cake. We will also be having a late-night snack station of Chicago Style Hot Dogs after the fireworks show.
