When should I RSVP by?

Please make sure to RSVP by April 10th to ensure that you are accounted for.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at both the Hampton Inn and Country Inn and Suites in Lehighton. Please book your stay by March 31st, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service between both the Hampton Inn and Country Inn and Suites and the venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle at 3:25pm. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel at 10pm. Please note that rideshares such as Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the vicinity of Blue Mountain.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is free onsite parking.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on the invitation. Due to space constraints, no additional guests can be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors on the mountain. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors in a tented area. The reception will take place indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal attire: suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses are welcome.
