Silverwood Theme Park
This is a super fun place to bring the kids (or any young at heart) if you have a day to spare. If the weather is nice, it includes a water park.

Best ice cream in the the Idaho Panhandle! Leigh-approved. There is also a location in Coeur d'Alene.
Back Pocket Bakery
This is all the way in Coeur d'Alene but it boasts the best Cinnamon Rolls either of us have tried. Heart-stopping in more ways than one. Get there at opening for cinnamon roll, they sell out fast!
The Garnet Cafe
Also in Coeur d'Alene. A local classic for breakfast. Be sure to try the Lemon Curd!
Nadines Mexican Kitchen
Close to our place in Rathdrum. This is some seriously good Mexican food!
Triple Play Family Fun Park
Another fun place for kids--less expensive than Silverwood. Go-carts, mini-golf, laser-tag, a small indoor pool, and lots of arcade games.
