It all started with a soccer game, USA was facing Colombia in the 2016 Gold Cup. Dana, who had just started her summer internship in DC, struck up a conversation with a handsome guy wearing a USA soccer jersey. Almost 6 years later, it is no surprise that one of Dana and Enrique's favorite things to do together is watch soccer games.

Enrique proposed in front of the Christmas tree in our living room. It was a perfect surprise and a wonderful way to start the Christmas season with our families.

We are excited to welcome you to Portland, Maine - a charming and beautiful coastal town that has always been a home for Dana. Growing up, Dana spent almost every summer in Maine with her family. Enrique and Dana first traveled to Portland together in 2018 to meet Dana's family. We look forward to sharing this special place with you and starting our married life in the state of Maine surrounded by family and friends.
