What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive by 4PM! There is a gravel walkway to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, there is a shuttle from the Holiday Inn (link under travel section) to the venue at 3:45PM and it will return guests to the hotel at 10:30PM.

Yes, there is a gravel parking lot at the venue.
