FAQs

If you have any questions other than what is listed below, please reach out to Dana or Ben
Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There are plenty of spots at the venue if you choose to drive but we will also be providing round-trip transportation and obviously we recommend drinking responsibly. We would NOT recommend relying on an Uber/Lyft to provide transportation home from the venue. Cars may NOT be left at the venue overnight.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles leaving from both Origin Red Rocks and The Eddy at 4:45pm sharp. There will also be transportation back to each hotel at the end of the evening at both 9:45pm and 11pm. Please RSVP so we know not to leave you behind!

Question

What COVID protocols are in place?

Answer

We will keep an eye on COVID rates and we'll update you on any protocols closer to the big day. We encourage all of our guests to be vaccinated. The good news is the wedding venue is all outdoors!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

May in the mountains can vary quite a bit. The average high is 65-70 degrees, and in the evenings it may dip into the low 50s. That being said, it can get cold! You may want to consider bringing a shawl to keep you warm in case it is cold. The reception will be under a large tent with heaters but the ceremony will (hopefully) be outside.

Question

Are there any scheduled activities for Sunday?

Answer

Nope! Enjoy some free time to explore Denver and/or travel home. The newlyweds will be heading off to their honeymoon!

Question

What is "Mountain Chic" attire?

Answer

Think of this as an outdoorsy version of cocktail attire keeping in mind that at parts of the venue you will be walking on grass and it may get chilly in the evening. For men, we envision a sport jacket and slacks without need for a tie (unless you want to rock a bolo tie). For shoes, you can wear dress shoes, dressy loafers, or oxfords. We would prefer no shorts, jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts. For women, feel free to get creative but a safe bet would be a flowy cocktail dress or chic jumpsuit with wedges with a shawl or evening jacket in case it gets cold.
