When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

The window to RSVP will be closed at 11:59pm, September 31, 2025.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes. Hotel block/contact info will be available Oct 1st. This will allow payments to be made and booked with Happily Edwards After party.

Are kids free?

Answer

There must be two paying parties per room for up to two kids (12 and under) free.

Are we going to do other activities?

Answer

We will provide options for group outings the day before and after the ceremony. Activities such as party/dinner cruises, zip lining, ATVing, food tours, and/or snorkeling.

How old do you have to be to book a room?

Answer

18. Please note, during March and April, any between 18 and 25 will pay a non-refundable insurance fee of $30 if the parent is not in the same booking party (parents do not have to stay in the same room).

Do I have to book with the hotel block?

Answer

No. Although, access to the ceremony requires the previous night's stay. If one decides to not use Hotel block, please be sure to provide us with booking confirmation details.

Is there a minumum night stay with the hotel block?

Answer

Yes, There is a 3-night minimum stay with the hotel block. Please be mindful that all parties must be checked the day before the ceremony. There will be a fee for those checking in the day of the ceremony.
