Will there be food at the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes, there will be appetizers and a grazing table. Have a light snack beforehand! The Welcom Party will be located in the upstairs of Local Eat Drink Celebrate in the Hammock shops.

What if I Lyft/Uber to Litchfield?

Answer

You will need to check in at the Registration building at the front of the property. Ask your driver to wait for you to check in and then they can drive you over to the Bridgewater building. It is a 15 minute walk.

Will there be transportation for the Welcome Party and Wedding?

Answer

Yes, sprinter vans will be running every 5-8 minutes from the Bridgewater parking area to take guests to the bus (Friday) and Trolley (Saturday). The bus and trolley will be located in the parking area directly behind the Registration building. A transportation schedule is provided in the Welcome bags.

Where is brunch located?

Answer

Brunch will be Sunday starting at 9am in the Palmetto Room. The Palmetto Room is located on the first floor of the Bridgewater building right outside of the elevators.

If I am not staying at Litchfield, can I still come to the after party an brunch?

Answer

Yes, anyone staying at other locations can stop by the Registration building at Litchfield for a Welcome bag and a parking pass.

Any tips for attire for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! It is recommended to avoid stiletto shoes since the ground is cobblestone and uneven. Also, it is looking like weather will be in the mid-60s so bring a light sweater or shawl.

What if I drive to Brookgreen Gardens for the wedding?

Answer

Your name will be on a list at the front gate. Please park at Leonard’s Pavilion and a volunteer or someone who works with the wedding planner will show you where to go.

What is the schedule for sprinter vans and bus/trolley?

Answer

Friday night to Welcome Party: - Sprinter van will run from Bridgewater parking area to bus behind Registration building every 5-8 minutes starting at 6:15pm and ending at 7:00pm - Bus to Welcome Party will leave at 6:45pm and again at 7:10pm Friday night back to Litchfield: - Bus from Welcome Party back to Litchfield will leave at 9:25pm and again at 9:50pm - Sprinter vans will run back to Bridgewater building every 5-8 minutes starting at 9:40pm and ending at 10:30pm Saturday to Brookgreen Gardens: - Sprinter vans will run from Bridgewater parking area to trolley behind Registration building every 5-8 minutes starting at 3:25pm and ending at 4:15PM - Trolley to Brookgreen will leave at 3:35pm, 4:05pm, and 4:30pm Saturday night back to Litchfield: - Trolley back to Litchfield will leave at 10:00pm and 10:25pm - Sprinter vans will run back to Bridgewater building every 5-8 minutes starting at 10:10pm and ending at 11:00pm
