If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before July 1st, 2026. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have fun!
Of course! We completely understand that things come up. If you need to update your RSVP, just let us know as soon as possible, preferably before July 1, 2026 so we can plan accordingly. Just click RSVP on the website again to change it.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.

Yes! Kindly use the link under the accommodations tab to reserve a room. Please note rooms are expected to book quickly due to a high volume of weddings in the area that weekend. Your card will not be charged until you check in and you have up to a week prior to check in to cancel without any penalties, Last day to book through our room block is September 1st, 2026
If you are staying at the Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/ Lake Pointe Hotel, then yes! We will have a bus to bring guest from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please check back closer to the wedding for exact times.
Yes! We will have a open hard bar and wine available to our guest after the ceremony while supplies last.
