When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by July 8th 2025. To help us plan accurately for food, seating, and all the little details, we kindly ask that RSVPs be submitted by the deadline. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept responses after that date—thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

No earlier than 4 pm. To honor the ceremony and avoid disruptions, guests arriving after the ceremony begins at 5 pm will kindly be asked to wait until it concludes before entering.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

There is a tentative plan for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors regardless of the weather.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, suits with neckties or bowties.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is intimate, and only those named on the invitation are invited. We appreciate your understanding!

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration.

I have a food allergy, who should I inform?

Answer

Please let us know ASAP. We desire a safe and fun afternoon for everyone. There will be a space to fill out dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, the bus will leave for the venue at 415pm and head back at end of day.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Exit breakfast will be provided the morning of August 9th. Location TBD

What will the weather be like?

Answer

August in Indiana is warm, so expect summer temperatures. The venue is primarily indoors, but we recommend dressing comfortably for any outdoor moments.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on the premises. Cars cannot be left in the parking lot over night.
