What are the food options at the reception?

Answer

There are 3 entree's to choose from: 1) Beef Tenderloin: Grilled Angus Beef Tenderloin with Confit potatoes, English peas, Castle Hill swiss chard, carrot-brown butter sauce 2) Fish: Pan Seared Lemon Sole with RI Mushrooms, corn soubise, Anaheim chilies, spinach, smoked bacon emulsion 3) Vegetarian (Veg, Vegan, & GF): Zucchini Lasagna

Is the hotel a two night minimum?

Answer

If you are only staying at the hotel the night of the wedding (Friday), you are not required to book two nights. Be sure to use the link in the 'Accomodations' tab, or call the hotel directly and mention the 'Ramalho Wedding Block' in order to receive the discounted rate.

Question

What type of shoes do you recommend for woman?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside on grass. We recommend that women avoid wearing stilettos.
