Is there a wedding theme!

Yes the wedding these is South Asian & Middle Eastern inspired. We will be in traditional wear inspired by these regions to embrace Venessa's Indian culture and Damon's Islamic religion. Guests may feel free to join us in our attire or wear whatever is comfortable for you. The wedding and cocktail hour will be on the beach around sunset and the reception will be on a patio deck overlooking the beautiful green landscape and ocean in Cancun. The weather in March historically teeters around 75-85 degrees.

What is the refund policy?

All of your room block reservations are “Refundable Reservations.” Guests will have 5 nights before traveling to cancel and receive a full refund in the form of payment. Is there a payment plan?
Answer
Yes please look at payment for all inclusive rooms tab, we have reserved 40 rooms at a discounted rate, so there is limited availability and also included gifts for each guests booking by adding automatic room credits and other perks. All the rooms at this resort are all inclusive and priced for double occupancy. If you're planning on coming, please book your rooms as soon as possible, as you're guaranteed to have the best rate. Rooms must be booked and paid for by JANUARY 05, 2025. The rooms are fully refundable. Please see the details located in FAQ section under Refund Policy Link. Offered for parents with children 4 and up. Kids can play and have fun with trained supervised child care providers at kids club while you do your activities. What can my room resort credits/excursions be used for?
Answer
Spa treatments, diving lessons, swimming with the dolphins. The dolphin swim takes place off property, about 25 minutes way from the Moon Palace the transportation is $15/pp/rt. Please note that there is 16% service fee charge for using the credits expect to spend $20-50 depending on the cost of the service. For example is the cost to take a diving lesson is $100 you can use your resort credit and you will only pay a $16 service fee. A portion of your credits may be used on things like this. Please note the resort changes activities from time to time so certain excursions and activities may change.

Moon Palace The Grand is a 5 star resort. You have one way privledges (meaning the guests at the other resorts cannot access the grand) to access all their other resorts creating the perfect vacation. What if I need a larger suite, or rooms back to back with family members?

If you need a larger suite than the suites offered please call 1-888-987-7655 they will get you the best rate under our wedding preferred rate, just say you're with the Gopaul-Auguste Wedding on March 29th, 2025. Please also call this number for accessible rooms, back to back rooms or any other personal request after you have booked your reservation.
