We’re Getting Married!

Damon had been working at SMART for about 3 years when Monica walked through the doors to start her first day. Monica was stubborn and hard headed. She knew everything and needed no help. Damon was trying to make conversation with her classmates, Reggie & Camille, as Monica was trying to sleep with her hoodie pulled over her head. He really wanted her attention by any means necessary. She pulled her hoody off and went off on Damon. She didn’t care for or need his advice, “she been doing this CDL shit for a long time,” she said. Damon wasn’t going to just give up though. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Out of nowhere they suddenly began talking every day and finally Damon gave Camille his number to give to Monica. It was definitely something there.

On Christmas morning 2024, their kids had just got done opening all of their gifts. Monica had Christmas music going as they all cleaned the torn wrapping paper up. You could smell the turkey and ham cooking. The moment was just right and very intimate. With the help of their children, Angelnise (the camera woman) and Kamari (the hype man), Damon got down on one knee and pulled out the ring as he was tearing up. He said some very meaningful words. Monica teared up and said YES! It’s About Damn Time!
