When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 23, 2025 via this website or the physical RSVP card included with your invitation.

Where is the wedding located? How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Our wedding will be located at Mitchell Grove (4555 Mitchell Rd, Eureka). As the venue is somewhat remote, there will be signs posted to direct you as you get closer to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of free on-site parking.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

While some hotels are listed under the "Travel" page linked at the top of this website, no hotel blocks have been reserved. The hotels listed are to provide a starting point if needed, but please feel free to stay wherever makes the most sense for you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code will be Semi-Formal or Cocktail. As the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, we recommend bringing a warm coat or wrap for the evening and avoiding any heels that may sink into grass.

Are dates and kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 4:30 PM to ensure you have ample time to park and find your seat prior to the ceremony.

What will the wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM, with a cocktail hour beginning immediately after the ceremony is completed. You can also see a more detailed timeline at the "Schedule" page linked at the top of this screen!

Is the venue accessible to guests with limited physical mobility?

Answer

The venue will be mostly flat with no stairs required to access the ceremony or reception, but will be on a grassy lawn. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask for all guests to refrain from using their cellular devices during the ceremony. If you capture any pictures during the reception, please share them with us!

What kind of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be providing a light bite for guests during the cocktail hour followed by a dinner buffet. There will be a chicken option and a pork option available.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We plan on having an entree choice that is both gluten and nut-free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. If you have any additional restrictions or severe allergies, please let us know in the designated section when you RSVP and we will work with our caterer accordingly. We want to make sure you feel comfortable while enjoying the reception!

Yes! We'll be providing hard cider, beer, and wine for those that wish to partake.
