Question

Parking/Transportation from the Hotel

Answer

Parking will be in the back behind the barn. There will be signs to guide you back. There will not be designated transportation from the venue to the hotel, please plan accordingly.

Ceremony to Reception

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside in the Rustic Field (weather permitting) and the reception will be in the barn itself. No need to worry about driving somewhere else.

Need an additional spot reserved?

Answer

No problem. Write it on the RSVP that was provided with the invitation and let the couple know ahead of time. If we have any questions we'll reach out.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Dressy Casual; relaxed, yet elevated casual, no jeans/sneakers. I'm not sure what September is going to look like but we have plans for rain and sunshine!

Open bar?

Answer

Please understand that the venue does not allow hard alcohol. However, we will have 5 kegs of beer/cider to drink, as well as a couple wine options and of course non-alcoholic drinks as well. We will also have a special trash can dedicated to any cans due to us having to remove them off the venue property.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the Ceremony, we ask that you keep your phones away. There will be a time where you can take photos but we ask that you enjoy the day with us, not be stuck behind a screen. During the Reception, we encourage that you take photos. Our wonderful photographer will be there all day but she can only get so much. All we ask is that you send them to us.
