When should I RSVP by?

May 1st at the latest, but as soon as possible is appreciated :)
Question
I am having trouble with finding the venue on maps, what do I do?
Answer
The venue might not be showing up under the name Gratitude Gardens, as it is a new outdoor venue space, but you can also type in Unity of North Kansas City church, and it will take you directly to the venue as well! The direct address is also on the invitations or on the events tab on the website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We would like everyone to begin being seated at 3:30pm!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress in formal/cocktail attire. For men: dress pants, slacks, button-downs, etc. For women: long dresses, skirts, blouses, etc.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unless it is explicitly addressed on the invitation or stated on the RSVP page, there will be no plus ones due to seating capacity limits. Thank you!

Is the venue inside or outside?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors, and then we will transition to the inside for dinner and other activities! We will utilize the space outdoors after for dancing and standing tables for socializing, but the inside will be available as well for the entirety of the evening.

Can I use my phone for pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
Please keep phones on silent and tucked away during the ceremony! We will have a videographer and photographer to capture all of the special moments that we will share with guests after.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! We will have two full lots located on the East and West sides of the venue's property that are open for parking.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
We have included kids in our head count and would love to have full families attending! When you RSVP, please make sure you mark if they are coming with you or not! There is a playground available at our venue and plenty of green space to utilize for fun after the ceremony.

Will there be alcohol served?
Answer
We are opting to have a dirty soda bar instead of any alcoholic drinks!
