FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 10th, 2027. We solely rely on our RSVP count for the amount of food/drinks/alcohol that will be served at our reception.

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both Ceremony and Reception are held at Discovery Lodge in Evansville Indiana

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon, Target, Walmart and Zola!

Question

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins. We would love to start the ceremony promptly at 4:00 PM, and late arrivals may cause delays. To help us stay on schedule and make the most of this special moment, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

Question

Where can I sit at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

During the ceremony, the first two rows (on each side) will be reserved for family only. If you have not been told by the bride or groom that you can sit there, please don't. The rest of the rows are fair game and you can sit on either side! The same rules apply for the reception. There will be a few tables that say "reserved". Again, if you have not been told by the bride or groom that you can sit here, please don't. The rest of the tables are open and feel free to sit amongst friends and family!

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

No. We have hired a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks. We have invited you so you can capture how the ceremony feels! We kindly ask you to turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure that you are in the moment and not in the way of our wonderful photographer. Once the ceremony has concluded and the entire wedding party has exited, it is fair game.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! We love your little ones. But, safety is our number one priority. Also, know that there will be alcohol and adults celebrating at our reception. Please ensure that they are trying their best to stay quiet during the ceremony, not in the way of the photographers, or interrupting any special moments, like the first dance! With that being said, we know kids are kids but please try to be mindful of them. This is our big day and want to share it with you and your whole family!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the number of guests we can invite. Meaning, we cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed a plus one, we have either listed his/her name OR as a "plus one" on your RSVP profile. If you feel that we have left someone out or you don't know if you are allowed a plus one, feel free to contact us but please try to understand that we do have limitations.
