Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Middletown

We have room blocks to help offset the cost of stays during peak season upstate. Things to note: 1. To Book: LIMITED ROOMS LEFT. Contact Jeanna or Kristin directly. Rooms: Single Queen (1 bed, very small room) : $149 for 1-2 guests Double Queen (2 queens) : $159 for 1-2 guests, $169 for 3-4 guests Suite (1 queen, 1 sofa bed, microwave & fridge) : $169 for 1-2 guests, $179 for 3-4 guests ----FYI ---- these prices don't include tax 2. Check-In: Check-in is at 3pm!!! We're in peak season upstate and hotels have strict time schedules. Please, note YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK-IN BEFORE OUR WEDDING. For those coming to town on Saturday, this means you have two options: (A) Drive to Emmerich for the wedding & check-in at night after the reception. We will not tolerate drinking and driving, plan accordingly for this option. (B) Drive to Microtel before 1:00pm, take the shuttle bus that we are providing to Emmerich, & check-in at night after the reception. Ceremony starts at 2:30pm. 3. Check-Out: 12pm! You get to sleep in (yay)! 4. Transportation: We will be providing a shuttle bus to and from Emmerich. It's about a 20-25 minute drive. The bus will be picking up and dropping off at Microtel ONLY. If you're staying in any nearby hotels or Airbnbs, please plan accordingly to be at Microtel to catch the shuttle. Times will be announced in the upcoming months. 5. Other Hotels: Microtel is in the same parking lot of a Courtyard Marriott & Hampton Inn if you wish to book a room at either of those hotels. If you wish to take the shuttle, you must be standing outside of Microtel at the appropriate time. The shuttle bus will not be going to all three hotels. Unfortunately, these hotels don't take many room blocks during Fall season as Legoland takes a bulk of their stays so Microtel was the next best option in the area. Note that these hotels are also $300+/night. Microtel is ~$160/night with our block.
