These are a few questions we believe guest may have, please take the time to read them below. If your question is not answered on here please feel free to reach out to our wedding planner Aminah (215) 433- 9298
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to start at 3pm. Chapel doors will be open at 2pm sharp for guest to arrive please make the proper arrangements to arrive and find a seat before 3pm as chapel doors will close promptly at 3:15pm and no guest will be allowed into the main wedding hall once the processional has begun.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 1, 2025 is our HARD deadline.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we are requesting guest wear Ballroom/Wedding formal wear. Refraining from wearing white and red please. This Dress code is STRICTLY enforced for all guest ages 0-100.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes ONLY if you are staying at the hotel, there is a complementary shuttle that will be ushering guest to and from each location. THIS IS ONLY FOR REGISTERED HOTEL GUEST. We do ask that all other guest make the proper arrangements.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were allotted a plus one it would've have been outlined on your formal invitation. Please confirm before arriving in destination as we have only allotted for confirmed guest count which has been given by bride and groom. If you are unsure, you can always touch base by contacting Aminah at the information above and she or a representative from her team will be happy to clarify for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, all hotel information can be found under lodging. Important thing to note is that the specified hotel block for the Gladden-Martin wedding will be closed May 1, 2025. All guest must have at least reserved their rooms by then after which date there will be nothing us or our wedding planners team can do. Guest who didn't take advantage of the hotel block must find their own rooming arrangements at this time.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only children invited to the ceremony are the children of that of the immediate family. If you are unaware of it you can bring your children please feel free to reach out to our wedding planner for clarity. Children brought to the ceremony on that day without prior clearance from the couple or wedding planner will kindly be asked to go home.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of free street parking for the wedding ceremony and free private lot parking for the wedding all details will be provided via website closer to the wedding date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, the couple are not accepting food or drink request at this time. They have taken the liberty of creating a variety spread for both catering and bartending options they are sure to serve each guest with ease. If you have any medical or personal preferences you would like you are more than welcomed to bring them at your own leisure however, we do not have any place to store or heat up such items and guest are not allowed behind the bar or in our kitchen area. Please use proper judgement and if bringing in own items. We welcome any feedback on this matter you may have.
