When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by July 29, 2025. You are welcome to complete your RSVP earlier !

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started on time! Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure you find a seat. If you arrive late, you may be asked to have a seat in the back to prevent any disruptions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope you will dress to impress along with us! The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down/polo with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. We invite you to wear neutral colors for the best photo opportunities. The bridesmaids will be in a shiny mocha and the groomsmen will be in black. Heads up - much of the wedding will take place outdoors weather permitting !

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue restrictions. Please keep guests limited to who was included on the RSVP/wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.

Is there transportation to the hotel?

Answer

A shuttle from the reception to the hotel will be available. A block of rooms is being made at Timberlake Hotel in Staples, MN which is where the shuttle will drop off. Overnight parking is allowed at the venue with the request that cars be picked up at a reasonable time Saturday morning out of respect for the next event.

Will there be a late night snack?

Answer

Yes! We know you’ll be working up an appetite on the dance floor, so there will be a late night snack provided to keep you going (:
