We invite guests to dress in Relaxed Island Chic attire inspired by Oahu’s natural beauty- the emerald greens of the Ko’olau Mountains and the bright, clear turquoise blues of the ocean.
Arrival & Seating: Doors open at 1:00 PM. We invite you to choose any seat you like, as we are all one family today. Kindly settle in by 1:15 PM so the ceremony may begin promptly. Family Note: We are so happy to have your children celebrate with us! We kindly ask for parental help keeping the little ones relatively quiet and calm during our ceremony so everyone can focus on the moment. Celebration & Photos: Immediately following the ceremony, please join us on the oceanfront deck for a social hour to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and capture group photos against the beautiful coastline.
Sunset Cruise Reception

Boarding & Departure: Following our social hour, please proceed to the harbor to board the Aloha Kai at 4:45 PM. The vessel departs promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan accordingly, as the ship is unable to delay departure for late arrivals. Safety & Children: Safety is our top priority while out on the water. All children are required to wear life jackets for the duration of the cruise. We also ask that parents closely supervise their children at all times and keep them close to an adult while exploring the open decks. The Evening: Join us on the water for dinner, cocktails, and music as we celebrate against the sunset, culminating in a spectacular view of the Friday evening Waikiki fireworks. We anticipate returning to the harbor at approximately 8:00 PM. Accessibility: The Aloha Kai catamaran features a wide, stable deck design and is handicap accessible. Boarding involves walking down the flat harbor pier and stepping across a short ramp. Our wonderful captain and crew will be right there to assist any guests who need extra stability or help boarding. A light jacket, wrap, or sweater is highly recommended. Motion Sensitivity: If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking preventative medication an hour prior to boarding.
