When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 22, 2026 so we can give our caterer the final headcount.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 PM so that you have plenty of time to take the shuttle from the parking lot to the ceremony area up by the castle. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so please be seated by 5:15 PM.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal wear is encouraged. Feel free to draw inspiration from our venue—a castle!—when making your decisions around your attire. The bride loves sparkles, ruffles, and anything glamorous or regal! Please note that the ceremony will be outside and guests should wear shoes that are comfortable on grass.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kids, our venue is not child-friendly, so we've decided to limit our guest list to adults only.

Where will the ceremony be in the event of rain?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, but if it rains, we will move the ceremony to the outdoor tent. The reception will be held under the tent regardless of weather.

Can I explore the castle?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to tour the castle during cocktail hour, from 6:00–7:00 PM. Note that this will be the only time the castle is available for viewing.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please indicate your allergy or dietary restriction when you RSVP online.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot for the venue. Please follow the venue's signage when parking. After parking, you may take the complimentary shuttle up to the ceremony venue. Shuttles depart every few minutes.
