We are planning on having the ceremony outdoors unless there is rain or snow. However, it is Montana in October, and it can be chilly. Please bring a jacket! The reception will be held indoors and the venue has a room to store jackets.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Please plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before 3.

Can I bring a date or my children?

Answer

Due to budget and venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate any plus ones/children not specified on your invitation or your RSVP party group. Thank you for understanding!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes and no. Self-serve beer and wine will be provided. Champagne will also be provided for a toast! Liquor will not be available.

Is transportation to and from the wedding provided?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided. If you plan to drink, please drink responsibly and coordinate a DD ahead of time or use a rideshare app.

Is there parking around the venue?

Answer

Yes, most of the streets surrounding the venue are available for parking. For those with mobility limitations, there is a small parking lot adjacent to the venue building. Please reach out if you require this accommodation! Reserved parking and no parking areas will be clearly marked.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, there is a semi-formal dress code. Suits, tuxes, dress pants and dress shirts are welcomed. Cocktail dresses and gowns are welcomed as well.
