When to Arrive in Ireland
We will be planning Hen's (Bachelorette) and Buck's (Bachelor) parties for Friday 15th or Sat 16th August and we would love to have you there. Please plan to arrive in Ireland by this date if possible. Details for these events will be notified closer to the time but I expect the Hens will be in Galway and the Bucks in Ennis.

Hotel Information for Night of Wedding (19th) and Night After (20th)
Update: PLEASE BOOK ACCOMODATION ASAP as they will not hold them for us after 19th May 2025. We have the whole hotel reserved for us the night of the wedding (19th) and the night after (20th). Please contact Hotel Doolin by calling on them on +353 65 7074111, or by sending them an email on: reservations@hoteldoolin.ie . Advise them that you are attending the Gilligan Kelson wedding, to book your rooms. The accommodation types available are: B&B Rooms in Hotel Doolin (17 Rooms Available): 2 people sharing: €105 per person per night 3 people sharing: €100 per person per night Single room: €190 per night Family room: €260 per night (one double bed, one single bed & one pull out single bed), for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 15 years) Check in time for the rooms in the Hotel is 3pm Checkout is 12pm. Piper’s Chair Houses (5 Cottages Available): The houses are self-catering and sleep a maximum of 5 people. 8 of the houses comprise of one double room, one twin bedded room & one single room. The other house has 2 double rooms and 1 single. The rates for these Houses are: €425 for one night €525 for two nights €625 for 3 nights A utility charge of €10 per day, per house, will apply in addition to above rates Breakfast is not included with these self-catering houses but you can avail yourself of breakfast at Fitzpatrick’s Bar each morning from 8am- 10.30am Check in time is between 4pm – 9pm Checkout is strictly 10am. Please note that there is a charge of €50 per hour for late check outs. Cullinan’s Guest House: The guest house is located directly across the road from the hotel. Double / Twin room: €70 per person sharing Triple room: €65 per person sharing, Single room: €120 per night Family Room: €190 per night based on 2 adults and 2 children under 15 years sharing. Check in time is from 4pm – 9pm. Checkout is 11am.

Accommodation Night Before Wedding (Monday 18th August)
If you wish to stay in Doolin the night before the wedding, we have managed to reserve 4 of the Pipers cottages and 16 rooms are available in the hotel. If you wish to book accomodation for all of the 3 nights (22nd - 25th) call the hotel on; +353 65 7074111 or email on reservations@hoteldoolin.ie to book, from 25th January 2024. Availability will be first in best dressed. If the hotel does not have enough accomodation for you, please see 'Additional Accommodation' note for other hotel options that is within easy walking distance.

Hotel Doolin may run out of accommodation for all of you so here is some other accomodation within easy walking distance that we have heard good things about: Sheedy's B&B: https://sheedysdoolin.com/ Junior suite – large room with 6ft bed, couch seating area and modern bathroom. Rate per night is 190 euro per night per room. Deluxe super king - 180 Euro per night Standard king - 170 Euro per night Family room – king and single bed.
