We are getting Married!!

Enmanuel and I met thru my amazingly forgetful brother, Dorian. I had to drop off some paperwork for him at his place of work. Which also happened to be the same place Enmanuel worked. We ended up sitting across the table from one another. The first thing I noticed was his beautiful curly hair and his tattoos. He always tells me the first thing he noticed was, and I quote, "my ugly sunglasses." Which I now can't find. He probably hid them on purpose and now they are lost forever. The second time we met, I was bringing some lunch with friends to my brother and some work colleagues. And again we saw each other except now Enmanuel and I sat next to each other. I remember looking at him and the very first thing I said was "Wow your eyelashes are so long!" I did such a good job at embarrassing myself (very common for me). All he did was laugh and say thank you. We talked about how we wondered if my car keys could unlock his car because we both drove Subarus. Obviously it didn't work but we did try. A few weeks later Enmanuel popped up on my Facebook friend request and I thought why not. I've met him a few times might as well. He accepted and instantly we started talking about random things like his cycling and my bread making. Until, finally, he asked me out and that started our future together. From our first date at 40 West Cafe (definitely recommend) and dragging Enmanuel to Friendly's for ice cream. From us moving in together during COVID and having our beautiful son in December 2024. And now for our next chapter, getting married. Our story has had many ups and downs but we have stood strong together throughout the years. We can't wait to celebrate the rest of our lives together.
