When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request you RSVP by June 30th, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45 pm, the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm.

Question

Will there be a backup plan for inclement weather?

Answer

Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at our reception venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal attire. Cocktail, midi or floor length dresses are welcome, along with dressy jumpsuits, or elegant separates for women. Suits or jackets with dress pants are welcome for men. The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception to follow indoors. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, please plan footwear accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available on-site at the venue. If cars are left parked at the venue overnight please note that the venue is gated and does not open until 8:30 am Saturday morning.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A bus will be provided from the Inn at Middletown to Saint Clement's Castle, with return transportation at the end of the evening. If you are utilizing the room block and plan to use the shuttle to and from the venue please let us know when submitting your RSVP so we can provide an accurate headcount to our transportation service.
