How can I get from the Philadelphia (PHL) airport to the hotel?

Answer

The hotel is approximately 18 miles from the airport and is accessible via ride share (e.g., Uber, Lyft) or train. However, the train ride is approximately 1.5 hours.

When should I book the hotel by?

Answer

We suggest booking the hotel as soon as possible as the hotel may sell out of rooms. In order to receive the discounted rate, you must book by 3/19/24. If the Best Western does sell out, other hotel and travel accommodations will be arranged for guests.

There are no more rooms left in the hotel block, what do I do?

If there appear to be no more rooms in the hotel block, please contact Jenna (248-462-3224). She will reach out to the hotel to add more rooms to the block.
