What time should I arrive?

Answer

On Time! LOL! Ceremony starts at 3pm please be there no later than 2:30pm Reception starts at 5pm please be there no later than 4:30pm

Can I bring my children?

Answer

No, I am sorry! We love ALL of your children, however in order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off! The only children that will be attending are the ones in our family.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Yes, its at the Staybridge Suites Lakeland West. The suites are big enough to either share the queen suite with another couple or family member. Group Discount Code: JDW

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Sorry! Not at the moment! If anything changes I will let you know. In the meantime, Lyfe or Uber at your expense .

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on both sides of the venue. Ceremony & Reception is in the same location.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, you can! Please just post the day after the wedding so you can enjoy your time with us! At the ceremony please be mindful that our photographer will be taking pictures of us and would prefer not to see cameras out in the air.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. There will be someone to show you where to go.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Oh yes there will! We will have appetizers for Cocktail Hour, an open bar during the Reception, as well as dinner, and wedding cake!

What should I do in the event I/we can't make it ?

Answer

As soon as you know your plans have changed and/or you are not able to attend please let us know. This will allow us to make necessary changes as everybody is accounted for catering.

May I take a centerpiece/candles home as a souvenir?

No I am sorry! You will receive a souvenir but it will not be the centerpieces

What is the weather like this time of year?

Daily high temperatures increase by 5°F, from 80°F to 85°F, rarely falling below 72°F or exceeding 90°F. Daily low temperatures increase by 5°F, from 61°F to 66°F, rarely falling below 52°F or exceeding 73°F. April of 2019 was in the high 80s -high 90s
