What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is on September 19, 2026. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, so we recommend arriving about 15-30 minutes early to grab a seat and get settled.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both events will be held at The Club At Longview, located at 8801 Longview Club Drive, Waxhaw NC 28173.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary on-site parking available in the main lot.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal. Please note that the ceremony will take place inside and the wedding colors will be royal blue, navy blue, white, and silver.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. However, in the event of inclement weather, we will move indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only celebration. No children under 12 will be allowed in the ceremony and reception. Only children in our wedding party will be in attendance. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and celebrating with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving past hors d'oeuvres including sausage stuffed mushrooms, vegetable spring roll with sweet chillin, shrimp and cucumber, and smoked salmon crepes. Followed by plated dinner including shrimp and grits, cheerwine braised boneless ribs, and chicken breast. The sides will be honey glazed carrots or mashed potatoes without garlic. Finally, an all you can eat late night bite to make sure our guests stay replenished during the reception! along with an open bar.

Please let us know if you can make it by submitting your RSVP on our website no later than August 19, 2026.

What if I cannot attend?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please let us know as soon as possible by selecting "will not attend" on our RSVP page so we can finalize our numbers with our vendors or contact us personally at 252-833-9422.

Is it okay to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras and be fully present with us. Our amazing photographer will capture every moment, and we promise to share the photos with you!
