Please be aware that not all streets are made equal when it comes to Downtown Los Angeles! Like in any city, please be aware of your surroundings and stay safe :) The next few hotels are recommendations outside of Downtown LA if you are looking to skip the city feel!

An LA staple (see below) ALSO VERY CLOSE TO: - Portos (4 min walk) - an LA staple Cuban bakery! Definitely expect to wait in line here. - Los Feliz (about 15-20 min from wedding venue) - Silver Lake (about 15 min from wedding venue) - Echo Park (about 15 min from wedding venue) - Pasadena (about 15-20 min from wedding venue) - Glendale (about 15-20 min from wedding venue) **WE DO NOT RECOMMEND staying in/near WEST HOLLYWOOD if you plan to arrive on Friday, October 31st! - West Hollywood throws a major city-wide Halloween party and shut down many streets for it. Traffic will be extremely high around this area, so you might want to avoid staying nearby there or traveling through!
