I booked a room at Courtyard Basking Ridge; what time does the hotel shuttle leave?

Answer

The shuttle will only make one trip to and from the venue. To the Venue: 1:30 pm To the Hotel: 9:10 pm

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We kindly request that men wear a suit or tuxedo and women wear an evening gown. We ask that women avoid white, ivory, and other light hues. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you in style!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot on the property with a valet available. If you arranged a hotel room in our hotel block, a shuttle will be available to take you to and from the wedding.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Stone House at Stirling Ridge at the Lodge, across from the main building. The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, but don’t worry—heaters will be provided to keep everyone warm and comfortable. The cocktail hour and reception will follow indoors.

Answer

Main course selections will be requested during the reception. Please inform the servers of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order, and they will be glad to accommodate your needs.
