We will be frequently communicating with our guests over the coming months regarding the latest CDC Guidelines and requirements. NY state requires that all guests receive a COVID test or COVID-19 Vaccination prior to attending. For COVID tests, the requirement is a PCR within 72 hours of the celebration or a rapid test within 6 hours of arrival. All COVID tests will be confirmed by the staff on-site. For those who are vaccinated, you will need to bring your vaccination card with you and be 14+ days out from your last dose. We understand for some this may not be feasible, but due to the safety of all of our guests this will be necessary. Yes, there will be a shuttle provided to and from the Sheraton Mahwah Hotel. The exact times will be provided upon check-in at the hotel. Please note, you are required to wear a mask while inside the vehicle at all times. This will ensure the safety and comfort of our other guests and driver.
Festive and formal. What does this mean? In general, gentlemen in suits and ladies in dresses. But at the end of the day be yourself! All events will be outside, weather permitting. As for shoes, ladies you may want to leave your stilettos at home - some of the grounds will have pebbles, stone, and grass.
