Our ceremony will begin at 4:30. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. If you booked at room at one of the hotels listed on the "Hotels" page, please park there and take the shuttle to the venue.
We would love to see everyone look their best! Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire/garden formal. Don't forget your dancing shoes!
While we love your little ones, this is an adults only evening. Think of it as date night!
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the Appleford grounds. The reception will be on the tented terrace and guests will also have access to the Appleford estate the entire time.

Our reception will end at 10pm with an after-party to follow. There will be shuttle provided get you to the venue and safely back to the hotel. More information can be found on the "Schedule" tab.
Yes, our caterer is able to accommodate any and all dietary and allergy restrictions.
Yes, Appleford has 65 parking spaces, and 5 of those spaces are handicap parking. Guest can leave cars parked overnight but must pick them up by 11am the following day. If you plan on staying at one of the hotels, we ask that you park there and take the shuttle over to Appleford.
