FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We love your children. We will have some lawn games as well as other small activities to help keep the kiddos occupied and most importantly having fun!

Question

How does the RSVP work?

Answer

You can RSVP on the website. Please no verbal RSVP or RSVP's by phone. RSVP deadline is May 19, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by May 19, 2025, then we will assume you will not be attending and will not account for you for catering.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception, along with the cocktail hour, will be outdoors. We will have large tents so do not fear! Please choose appropriate footwear as the grass is soft so pointy heels may not be your best bet.

Question

What do I do if i'm late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30pm, we recommend that guests arrive between 3:00-3:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. We do understand that life does happen, if you are late we ask that you quietly sneak in and remain at the back to mitigate disruption :)

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating so please sit wherever you like. We will however be reserving the front row for immediate family. For the reception, we will have a seating chart.

Question

Where is your gift registry?

Answer

We appreciate that you want to give us a gift however your presence is truly plenty enough and all that we ask for. Our hearts (and house) are already full. :)

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! We have a long driveway with parking available at the back by the large shop. Our kind neighbours are also allowing us to use their property to park on. Our coordinator will be there to greet you and can provide guidance on where you can park if you are unsure.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Of course! We want you to have fun and encourage you to take photos and have a great time! We do ask to be mindful at the ceremony however that you are not obstructing the photographer in any way.
