Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly request that guests arrive a bit earlier to ensure they can find parking and settle into their seats comfortably before the ceremony begins. Thank you for your punctuality.
Whether you are traveling for the wedding, or are simply looking to stay and enjoy the festivities, we have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn (see Travel page). Alternatively, there is another hotel next door at the Renaissance Boston at Patriot Place.
The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire: suits, tuxes, dress shirts and ties, gowns, cocktail dresses, and dressy pantsuits are all welcome. The only requirement is you MUST bring your dancing shoes ;) There will be a coatroom at the venue for your winter layers.
We love your kids! Unfortunately, we have decided not to invite children to the wedding. We hope that you understand.
If your invitation includes the phrase '& Guest,' we warmly welcome you to bring a guest to share in our special day. However, if your invitation is addressed solely to you, we hope you understand that our venue's capacity limits prevent us from accommodating additional guests. Thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
Yes, the ceremony and reception are both indoors. There is a short outdoor walk between the ceremony and the cocktail hour space, but the walkway between the two rooms is covered and heated.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at Saphire Estate. Also, if you'd like to park a car at the venue and catch the bus back to the hotel, you can leave your car overnight. Just be sure to pick it up on Sunday.
Yes, there will be a bus shuttle to transport guests between the Hilton Garden Inn and Saphire Estate before and after the celebration. Specific timing and details to be determined.
