We can't wait to celebrate with you!

I don't think either of us were expecting to meet each other when we did. We gathered at a mutual friends house in West Hartford, where we'd often go to have a night of fun. It seems like we'd always just miss each other, but this particular night we'd finally get the chance to meet. After an initial smile and handshake, we settled into laughing with mutual friends and quickly bonded over mental health (we both worked in psychiatric hospitals at the time), our hilarious sense of humor (at least we think/know so) and maybe a few shots (Fireball is now retired). A few more of these nights led us to a first date in NYC, where we strolled around the city, ate good food and laughed all night long. Little did we know (or maybe we did know), this would be the start of our wonderful adventure together. From many places explored, to moving away to Charlotte and starting our own life together, to the day Katie said "YES" on the beach in Charleston, to now getting married! We can't wait to celebrate with you!
