Yes, however on site lodging is limited. Please contact us ASAP if you are in need of lodging as we cannot accommodate everyone.
We prefer if guests dress in semi-formal attire (not casual but not black-tie). For men, dress-pants and a dress top will do. For women, knee length dresses are appropriate. Please beware of skinny, tall heels as the ceremony will be outside on a grassy hill. The Barn venue does have AC, but please be mindful of heavy attire as it is July.
Although we love our nieces, nephews, and young family members, unless we have spoken to you already about bringing your little ones, please find arrangements for them so you can enjoy the night!
The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. We ask that guests arrive early so they can be seated by 4pm. There is a hill you need to walk up to get to the ceremony location. If you have mobility restrictions, please contact us in advance so we can have a cart ready for you when you arrive.
Yes, however it is very slow and limited. YOU WILL LIKELY NOT HAVE CELL SERVICE. If there is an emergency, there is a landline at the venue that can be used.
We kindly ask that during the ceremony you put your cell phones and cameras away and on silent. We have hired a professional photographer and will post the photos as soon as we can for you to enjoy. During the cocktail hour and reception, you are welcome to take photos with other guests and the venue.
A buffet will be served with Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Caprese Chicken, Freshly Carved Sirloin, Homemade Mac and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, and House Salad by Freds Catering. We hope that you find something to enjoy!
Yes, there will be an open bar during our cocktail hour and reception. Although the drinks are on us, please drink responsibly. We ask that you tip our bartenders as they will work very hard keeping everyone hydrated and happy throughout the night. No outside drinks will be permitted at the ceremony or reception.
When you receive your invitation, there will be an RSVP card for you to send back in the mail, or visit the RSVP section of this website to designate your attendance at the wedding. On your invitation we will designate who is invited. If you do not send this card back or RSVP online, we will not have a spot for you. Please do not text us and say "We are attending."
The music will cease at 11pm. We ask that you be kind and courteous to the event staff and make your way out at that time. Join us at 10:55pm for the last dance!
