Our celebration will be held outdoors with a tented reception to follow. Dress to impress in formal, black tie optional attire. We recommend comfortable shoes for the grass and evening weather.
Ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, cocktail hour to follow, then dinner, speeches, and dancing until 10:00 PM.

We've reserved hotel blocks at Sheraton Columbia Downtown Hotel, Cambria Hotel Columbia Downtown The Vista, and Home 2 Suites Hilton Columbia Southeast Fort Jackson. Free on-site parking is available for guests at Wavering Place. Upon arriving at 427 Adams Hayne Road, please follow the signage and attendant directions into the designated lot. The parking area is a well-maintained gravel/driveway surface nestled amid the historic grounds, so you may wish to wear footwear appropriate for a lightly uneven surface. From the lot, a gentle walk will bring you to the Main House and ceremony/tented reception area—please allow an extra minute or two for walking from your car. If you require accessible parking or special assistance, please let us know in advance and a member of the venue team will direct you to the nearest convenient spot.
